On 15 February, CIDPCC / FDL and APAV, Portuguese partners of Protasis, met with several institutions and organizations that operate in the field of victim support. The aim of the meetings was to promote the cooperation among relevant actors and the development of national cooperative networks among stakeholders.
Meetings were held with the Instituto de Apoio à Criança – IAC, the Associação ILGA Portugal – Intervenção Lésbica, Gay, Bissexual e Transgénero, the Comissão para a Cidadania e Igualdade de Género – CIG, the Plataforma Portuguesa para os Direitos das Mulheres – PpDM, and the Alto Comissariado para as Migrações – ACM.
During the meetings, held for the purposes of the project’s activities for the development of referral pathways, the partners presented the project, its goals and activities, and discussed specific information regarding the services that the organisations provide to victims. Other topics included the exchange of good practices and materials and the formulation of avenues for future cooperation within the context of the project.
